AStakeholder Advisory Group (SAG) was formed in February 2002 to provide input relative to cleanup of the Open Burn/Open Detonation (OB/OD) Area. The SAG serves as a forum for the review and constructive comment on environmental restoration activities at the OB/OD Area. Membership currently consists of representatives of governmental agencies and three members from the general public. This ensures that local, state, and federal perspectives are represented. The SAG holds regular meetings open to the public regarding the investigation and remediation of the OB/OD Area. The SAG may hold additional public meetings, briefings, and site tours at project milestones to facilitate public involvement and education. |
